Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When are prints available to purchase?
A: The specific date and time will always be announced before the sale. The best way to stay informed is to follow @Sara_Qano on Instagram.
Q: What is a limited edition print?
A: There is only a fixed number of copies produced from the original artwork, after which no more will be made.
Q: Are all prints signed and numbered?
A: Yes, all paper prints are signed and numbered by hand.
Q: Are these prints Archival?
A: Yes, The prints are specifically designed to last. Made of archival-grade paper and pigment-based inks to achieve the highest quality possible.
Q: How should i frame my new prints?
A: It's best to choose UV protective glazing (acrylic or glass) when framing.
Q: When do you begin shipping?
A: Maximum 1 week after the purchase is completed.
Q: What if i'm not home due to a trip?
A: Please email saraqano48@gmail.com with the dates you will be back from travel so we know when to ship your order. Another option is to send us the adress of a friend or family member who can sign for your package while you're away.
Q: Are Value-added taxes and tariffs included in the international shipping cost?
A: No, You will be responsible for paying any additional import taxes and duties will apply per your country's customs guidelines. These duties and taxes are collected by the courier prior to delivery.
Q: Can i update or change my shipping address?
A: Yes! Please email your new or updated address to @saraqano48@gmail.com
Q: What if my order got shipped back to you?
A: If your order is returned to us then you are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped.
Q: What if my order was damaged in transit?
A: Even if your tube appears to be damaged please accept the delivery (instead of refusing it). Please fully unpack/unroll your order to inspect for damage. If there is damage please take photos and email them to saraqano48@gmail.com. From there we will assist you in getting a replacement.
